Looking back over the months I had in the Leadership Initiative I can say one thing with certainty:  I am more self-aware now then I ever was before.  In the hours and days I had with all the wonderful and talented individuals in my class I had the opportunity to spend time on myself, and that is certainly not something any of us has much time to do these days.  I have tried to take what I learned and integrate it into my daily life so that I can learn from my mistakes and not keep repeating them.  I am grateful for the insights and the confirmations I received--as well as the surprises along the way.  This class was truly a gift.
