The difference is how they handle the Crucial Conversations that are the key to resolving their problems with stakeholders. An overview of the “tools for talking when stakes are high” is the content of this session.

Joseph Grenny co-founded California Computer Corporation and was an executive at Covey Leadership Center. He has taught and coached thousands of corporate and government leaders around the world. In the past 15 years he has designed and implemented major change initiatives for IBM, AT&T, Lockheed Martin, Xerox, and Columbia HealthCare. His emphasis in these efforts is on driving measurable business improvements by influencing human performance. Joseph is also a cofounder of Unitis, a non-profit organization that helps the Third World poor achieve economic self-reliance.
