David is a partner in Rabiner Resources, a Portland, Oregon consulting firm focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness. David has presented to more than 65,000 people in ten countries. In 2003, David received the National Speakers Association’s Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, a designation held by a very small percentage of the association membership. David is a graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University.
