Influence At Work:
Creating Commitment, Collaboration and the Culture of Achievement
The ability to influence others is one of the single greatest traits to possess in the workplace. In his presentation, “Influence at Work”, David Rabiner provides tools, including the “Validation Principle”, that enable you to maximize influence, get others to commit to you as their leader, and learn how to understand and accept behavioral styles. As a popular keynote speaker on goal setting, he will drive home how the simple setting of goals can create a culture of achievement.
David is a partner in Rabiner Resources, a Portland, Oregon consulting firm focused on enhancing leadership effectiveness. David has presented to more than 65,000 people in ten countries. In 2003, David received the National Speakers Association’s Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, a designation held by a very small percentage of the association membership. David is a graduate of the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University.
