Self-Awareness of your
LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES

The Leadership Initiative Develops the Whole Person, therefore...
Knowledge about one's own undeveloped or overused competencies, and strengths & voids are critical for positions of leadership.  There is no correct or incorrect way to be......but this knowledge will facilitate how you decide to approach the daily challenges you encournter as a leader.

That's why as a participant, your first step in the Leadership Initiative program will be to complete various "confidential" personal assessments.  The results of which will be instrumental to your growth as a leader as your progress through the program -- participants can reconcile their self-view with how self is viewed by others.

The First "Discipline" of Credible Leaders is Self-Awareness

Three must-have competencies that enable leaders to modify their behavior and make constant course corrections are:
              personal learning

learning agility [learning "on the fly"]......&......
                        self-awareness [knowledge about your own
                                            strengths, weaknesses,
                                            opportunities, and limits]
The absence of these competencies will "make" or "break" an individual's effectiveness.
