One Size Does Not Fit All

The Leadership program is
a self-directed personal development effort because
......
Every Participant has Different Growth Objectives......
so, each participant will contribute in the design of their
own development based on dialogue and needs.

As a participant, your first task will be to complete a number of "confidential" personal assessments that will be the key to your growth as a leader.  Participants willl have an opportunity for introspection about major life learnings and how they apply to current and future leadership challenges.

Then, participants will be connected with their development team:

  • the Leadership office will assist with the initial design of a development plan that will be tailored to your individual development needs.

  • a Mentor, or current successful leader, will be selected by you for development planning and implementation.  This relationship is grounded in advice and guidance to achieve a higher professional and personal status within the organiation.  Your mentor will guide you through your leadership competency and strategy learning discussions.


  • a Coach will assist with interpersonal skill development areas, and human management concerns.  The essence of coaching requires the coach to discover how the candidate interpprets the world and what mental models are use to do this.  Further, the coach helps the candidate to see the structure of the mental models being used, and to assist the candidate in detaching from these models long enough to explore possibilities for new choices--to draw out distinctions & promote shifts in thinking and behavior resulting in growth--to "Achieve Personal and Organizational Greatness".
